What? Don't get it. I'm not into Sookie/Eric or Sookie/Bill but why's Bill abusive again -- other than that I guess it's vogue for every relationship ever to be called abusive by fandom for some made up reason?

Haven't watched since series 2, but in the books she was locked in a car trunk and a starved Bill was tossed in with her and almost killed her in blood lust.

Even with the extenuating circumstances, almost killing your girlfriend is pretty abusive.

What the above anon said about him biting and raping her in the car trunk, plus he only took up with Sookie in the first place to manipulate her powers for that vampire queen woman. One of the things he did to accomplish this was allow Sookie to get the shit beaten out of her by that psycho couple so he'd have an excuse to feed her his blood and strengthen the connection between them. Bill was super-duper fucked up towards Sookie.
