Selling blood plasma is an extremely useful service, though! I know it's a rock-bottom stereotype thing, but seriously, whatever the reason, you are doing good work. People need that plasma.

I agree with anon :) it's not something people want just for the helluvit, it's important and necessary. Also, I know people who do it just to make a few extra bucks, not as a last resort. so it's not always seen that way by people imo.
