Re: Dry scalp

Do you shower in hot water? Like, constant hot water?

If so, stop that immediately, or limit it to one shower a month. Lower the temperature to warm. Something even as simple as the water temperature can strip the moisture from your skin and throw off the pH balance (hence why your skin is oily but scalp is dry).

At least start with that.

Next, what is the quality of your water? Do you have hard water? Consider a water softener, or some kind of chlorine/chloramine filter. It can help make your hair softer, and your skin not so crazy itchy.

Shampoos without sulfates/parabens/phthalates can help too, or just use baking soda/water mix followed by apple cider vinegar/water mix.

If you don't mind wasting food (nooooooooo!) I've heard that rubbing mayonnaise into your scalp and leaving it there for half an hour before rinsing it out can help too. Or some kind of egg solution. Or even avocado.
