I thought that was the whole point of Romana Flowers. From her name to her looks to her personality, she was a play on the whole pixie dreamwhatever and also purposely using all of those qualities you listed to point out how Scott idealised her when really she was a shitty person. The difference is the writing is aware of that, wheras Twilight legit thought Bella was amazing and not a trope at all.
