Just wanted to say, though--wanting to write about it is normal. Wanting to write about it in ways that may appear incredibly fucked-up or not a direct expression of your actual feelings (or what you've learned about how healthy relationships work)? Also normal. It doesn't have to be ~therapy~. It can be like scratching an itch or hitting a kink that wouldn't be OK to hit IRL. Like, the justifications I usually see for non-con fic are "women have rape fantasies because they want the sex without being slut-shamed!" and "~survivors virtuously working through their issues~", and fuck, it ain't that simple. The itch I'm scratching doesn't sound the same as yours, I like h/c that is essentially the sexualized version of throwing your main character through hell and watching them come out battered but still kicking on the other side, but... it's complicated and there are a whole lot of angles to come at it from. Fuck reductionist explanations.
