(Anonymous) 2014-06-21 08:09 am (UTC)(link)OP: you're worried about being attacked or trolled. In all my 10+ years in fandom, I've never seen a fic writer who wrote rape, even if it was in the kinkiest way possible, be attacked for that under their fic.
The only exception is if they didn't warn for the rape, really clearly. So make sure you warn! Tag, and also add additional warnings at the top of your fics if needed. The tags will also help people find your works.
I have seen rape fics been mocked on fic sporking blogs. Even that's not as common as it used to be. Too many people were commenting beneath the sporkings that it was mean-spirited and ignorant, and some of these blogs died a death. If that really worries you, then having a separate name for those fics will mean any comments outside your own blog/account can't follow you about.
You can also set your fics to private on AO3. Or post on a blog, and disable anon comments, or set it friends-only.
Also: I'm not suggesting that anyone has to be an abuse/rape survivor to write/read rape. It's a perfectly normal kink anyway.
