Yeah, people are allowed to disagree with each other, but they don't get a free license to spam a community with personal disputes or arguments that are getting just plain ugly. Tell them to contact one another and take their "discuss" to private e-mail/messages.

Or you can remind yourself that people don't have to be nice, but they DO have to be civil adults while on your community. If they don't want to, they can have their tantrum elsewhere. Honestly, you can't be a good mod if you're too worried about whether or not people will think you're mean, etc. You're not there to be everyone's BFF or idol, you're there to keep the peace.
