On intimacy:



Now, there's not a damn thing wrong with either way of viewing intimacy. To take the one of the left and twist it into the one on the right, for no reason other than to provide opportunities for badly-proportioned T&A shots? That's gross.

Apparently it's been fixed, somewhat? I can't bring myself to checK. Hell, I don't want to. DC is dead to me until Dan Didio is tarred and feathered and had his legs cast in concrete at the bottom of a lazarus pit

Scott Lobdell has a lot to answer for, as well.

And can we just not let Jim Lee make business or character design decisions?

I try not to think about Lobdell. I like to think of myself as a fairly kind person and he makes me forget that. :(

I'll take anyone making decisions that respect the characters and their histories (..whatever those histories are. I don't think even DC knows). From what I've heard, a sea cucumber could do a better job.

Probably what Roy was thinking, come to think of it. He was being confusingly propositioned by a (girl)friend/ex of two former Robins (and possibly friend herself. *pokes at continuity*) and he'd just escaped from prison. I imagine his brain was a maelstrom of hormones and ideas. "Shit!" would be a logical response.
