Okay. Um. You can like or dislike anything you want, but ... you can't level an accusation of 'one note' or 'meaningless fluff' and then open with Watership Down. What? That thing is in no way, shape or form fluffy, and I don't think you can call something 'one note' when it has its own complete interal mythology and language, and contains two completely separate and different types of dystopic political systems, as well as several more functional ones. What is the single note you think it hits?

I will also strongly argue both the 'fluff' and 'one note' characteristics of Last Unicorn and Hunchback (though they did tone that one waaaay down from the book), but mostly I'm just ... you opened with Watership Down? Honestly?
