And yeah, about health-related stuff. I freely admit that I do still eat a lot of junk and processed stuff, but two years after being vegan, my blood work is a whole lot better than it EVER was as an omnivore, including my iron levels and, hilariously, my B12. (Mostly because now I actually know what B12 IS, and intentionally pick out stuff fortified with it!)
Sure, there are junk food veg*ns who have a horribly misbalanced diet, but that's not exclusive. The Standard American Diet isn't exactly well-balanced, either!
