I distinctly remember not reading PG-13 fics when I was browsing fic at around 11-12, but also I was raised in a super anti-sex culture so especially when I was younger I was terrified of sex. Also I was reading an R-rated fic one time that didn't even have any sex in it and my mom caught me and yelled at me, so after that I was even more paranoid about it.

But the last two fics I wrote were smutty femslash, so joke's on you, Mom.
