Buffy for sure. But then again, it's one of the few series that I've ever watched first run from season one to the bittersweet end (I tend to pretend the comic 'seasons' don't exist as I've never gotten around to reading them. I'm told that's a wise decision).

Doctor Who before it really took off in it's current popularity.
