It wouldn't be "you've ever seen;" it would be "I'd ever seen." If they had written "you've ever seen," then they'd be talking about someone else rather than about themselves, and that would make for a very strange and confusing secret, indeed.

Now, had you not put "you've ever seen" in quotes, then the use of "you've" would have been appropriate.
