I seem to recall a debate in one of my English courses over whether or not Hamlet and Gertrude's relationship was incestuous. Joss Whedon ain't Shakespeare, but Hamlet wasn't exactly performed recently.

Just because you're sick of hearing about something doesn't mean people don't still want to talk about it. Also, some people get into things late and have thoughts - I have thoughts on some things I've seen way late, but I have been reluctant to make any secrets about them precisely because I know Fandom Police will say it's too old now.

Nah, make the secrets and fuck the fandom police. People like that have some weird hang up where they need to control what others talk about, or maybe they just want to sound jaded and cool compared to all the fans who weren't there in the beginning. We don't have to pay any attention to people like that.
