and I would see this as an argument if we weren't talking about a drama. If romance is part of the story (and it is, as well as other elements) why should the protagonist ever really be happy? There has to be drama and problems. Buffy had problems within relationships, too. I don't see how her being unhappy being single makes it inherently anti-feminist.
