No, but I feel the sexist sentiments toward her would be much, much worse if she were as bad as book!Cersei. Basically, I think they could've left Tyrion alone and everyone would still think he shits gold, but changing Cersei was more understandable. (And there's still time for her to go off the deep end in season 5.)
