I have this same problem. I use a "dumbphone" and I tend to take a while to text back or call, and I tend to scroll through newsfeeds on Facebook for maybe an hour or two a day, that's it, and I visit Tumblr every now and then. I never understand how people can stand to be attached to all that 24/7. I remember once reading a post on Tumblr only semi-joking about "[followers/fandom people] who aren't on Tumblr all the time when they're awake, which I heard is still a thing???" and just. Ugh.

This also goes for people who complain that my Facebook. I mean, you can peek directly into my mind by reading all my commentary on all the news and other articles I post, but by all means, complain that I don't post what I had for lunch.
