I don't think the theme song really gave any kind of image that the show would do more than what it did. But I was disappointed with the show and eventually stopped watching sometime in season 3. I really liked the earlier episodes better. They weren't more serious or anything, but at least I found them fun. Later on the show didn't feel fun and still didn't have a decent plot so there was nothing worth watching imo.

When it ended I did watch the series finale just to see how it all turned out, and I hated that ending too.
