My nightmares were bad enough, but now I'm starting to have dreams that require focus and concentration. The other night, I had a dream that I'd forgotten to write an essay for a class, and I actually started writing an essay in my dream, with an introduction and a conclusion and detailed citations of the source material (a lit-fic novel that I'm fairly certain only exists in my head.) I always feel so exhausted when I wake up . . .

I have the opposite problem. My dreams have gone completely fucking crazy. It's like watching cable TV with ADHD -- and I don't mean real cable, I mean what all TV looks like to me.
