I'm still on Season 7 and haven't seen Clara yet but:

Favorite: Donna Noble, definitely. I also liked Captin Jack.

Least: Amy Pond.
I hate hate that woman and I'm thankful she'll be leaving in a few more episodes. She's so annoying and can't even act to save her life, ugh.
