Favourite: Jo Grant, Ace and the Brig. I actually like almost all the Classic companions, though Harry Sullivan and Mel were just sort of ... there. NuWho has more ups and downs, but my favourites there are Donna and Martha.

Least Favourite: Adric. Sorry, he's just not the kind of character I enjoy? I wasn't actually that fond of the Ponds, either.

Anything later than early Ponds, I haven't seen. I stopped watching NuWho after "A Christmas Carol". Which, now that I look it up, was about two/three seasons ago? I hadn't realised it'd been that long.
