I don't usually get angry angry? My reactions usually stay at annoyed/irritated for small things, and some variation on confused/distressed/horrified for genuinely bad things that I think shouldn't be happening.

The only times I remember getting full blown angry were almost always when someone threatened me or my family, or physically damaged/broke something important to me. I think my 'fight or flight' runs mostly to 'fight'? But those are the only moments of true rage I remember.
