I liked Tauriel *so much*! Why on earth did they have to saddle her with two romantic relationships, neither of which she seems particularly interested in? She had enough character development related to refusing to leave the dwarves to die and wanting to defend the outside world as well as Thranduil's kingdom. That's a great character arc for a wood elf!
