When people just stop and stand around in the middle of whatever place they were walking in, especially when it's a very busy shopping area with a shitload of people. Move your fucking ass to the damn side if you want to loiter, you are not the only person in the world.

People who take their tiny dogs, small children and strollers to incredibly packed fairgrounds (like christmas markets and stuff). Your doggy is in danger of being trampled, your child, should it walk beside you only sees other peoples trousers and keeps getting pushed around, your stroller blocks the entire way and your baby does not appreciate all the noise and shit. If you can't get a babysitter/dogsitter, stay at home.
