God, now that I'm actually trying to think of stuff I like with happy endings I'm realizing how much depressing stuff I watch/read/play. Uhhhhhhhhh.

Uncharted (all of them), Bayonetta (though it's bizarre and ridiculous as fuck, so I guess YMMV even though it's happy and I love it), Portal & Portal 2, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (if you play light-side, anyway), The Adventures of Tintin, The Road to El Dorado, Mulan, Legend of the Seeker...

The Fast and the Furious films used to be this for me (especially the first film), but...probably not anymore.
