I would say, monitor them, and see if they subside in a week or so (most will). I felt really whack for the first week I went on my anti-depressants (like, jittery, high blood pressure, couldn't sleep, just off) but then I got used to them and it was okay.

But if they persist for much more than a week, chat to your doctor about them.
