Moffat's run on Doctor Who.

I strongly dislike Sherlock, and that in combination with the massive, massive negativity that gets directed at Moffat's run on Doctor Who made me assume that I would hate it. But it was... not that bad. Mostly enjoyable, in fact. Not as good as RTD's run, and definitely flawed - the end of season 5 was stupidly convoluted, all of the plot arc stuff in season 6 was stupidly convoluted, the ontological importance of River and the Ponds and to a lesser extent Clara was far overplayed - but, I don't know, I still thought it was basically enjoyable. I like watching Matt Smith be the Doctor. I think River and Amy and Rory and Clara are all basically enjoyable characters when they're not caught up in overly convoluted and wanky plots. And I think there are a lot of good standalones during the period, and even during the times when it does get stupidly wanky, there's enough enjoyable business going on for it to carry through.

Yeah. Moffat's run is fine with me.
