Anyone got any special plans for the weekend? Going to see a movie, spend time with family, friends, going to the beach or on vacation? Spending a relaxing weekend at home with bubble baths, your favorite food, marathoning your favorite series or chilling with a good book.

Just gonna work on video games. Looking forward to a quiet week before I go volunteer at a festival next weekend.

It's just like any other weekend. I hate to be one of those people, but I can't really get all 'fuck yeah greatest country USA!'.

I don't think the US is the greatest country ever (with you on that being annoying), but it IS a pretty cool history imho - put simply, telling the King to go screw himself and creating an entire new nation.

same here. I know my history, and yet I don't really care about it.

I just like having an excuse to set shit on fire.

I wanted to visit the local botanical gardens with my mom (she has depression and isn't getting out much; her psychiatrist asked her to go someplace new), but she won't so now I'm going to sit at home rewatching Hawaii 5-0, maybe catching up on a few comics, exercising and being sad.

Oh, and I might have hotdogs. Should've had one today...

As I said above, I went to an engagement party today. The couple celebrated it by jumping out of a plane (some of my friends are so awesome) and we had BBQ after.

Tomorrow we're driving to Holland and spending the weekend with some people we know there.

I went to a party and had a horrible time but tomorrow I'm sleeping in and then I'm spending the rest of the weekend doing whatever I feel like doing. I desperately need some time to just relax and chill out.

(I'm sure you got the email notification for the post I deleted so I'm sorry about that! Feel free to ignore it!)

My plans involve not leaving the house. The problem is that I might have to run some errands.
