OP, I cried while reading this. I'm glad he told you that, and that you're here today. I can imagine him saying it, and meaning it with all his heart. I've never met him, but everything I've heard from those who have makes me believe what a kind, genuine person he is. I've had my own struggles with depression and I'm going to try to think of this the next time my mind starts turning to suicide. Thank you so much for sharing this story.
