What the fuck is "tar season" and what did the anon who has something to do with it do?

Tar season is when it gets so hot the roads melt and are impassable. It is also the best time to exchange cabbages. tar season!anon submitted the secrets that told us this and other facts about the alternate dimension they post from.

it's a reference to some secrets that were submitted a while ago that were just... completely fucking incomprehensible. just some rambling about "tar season" and "the field fires of one's youth"

it's still a mystery.

There are 3 secrets that a consensus of F!S seems to think are all submitted by one person, now known as "Tar Season anon":


#1 This was posted in June 2013, and then largely forgotten.


#2 This is the iconic one from April 2013 where "tar season" entered the mythos.


#3 This is from some other time in April or early May 2014.

There is also this one, posted on May 29, but F!S is divided on whether or not they think is a legitimate Tar Season secret. F!S saw the connection between secrets 2 and 3, but it wasn't until the debate over the legitimacy of the Newtonian Crab secret that an anon remembered a secret about Rory and cabbages; and then they found it!
