But aren't SuperPacs in the US funded by people who are literally billionaires?

Did you follow the link? This PAC, while it has some wealthy backers and matchers is meant to be funded largely by the 99 percent with the goal of getting campaign finance reformers elected and doing away with the idea of SuperPACs that let billionaires run our country.
