Seriously the amount of hate Gwen gets is insane. Rose gets it too, but there are more fan spaces for those who like Rose to go to escape the hate.

It really was over the top. Sometimes I wish Torchwood has come on a few years later when it started becoming less cool to hate on female characters (of course now we're beginning to have the problem where more and more people put female characters on pedestals and refuse to accept any criticism which is annoying in a different way)

*sighs* Yeah, really. But then again it seems women can't win either way these days.
