I am upset at how long it took me to get through the Captcha just to post this!

Canadian, through and through. My family is Japanese on one side, and Eastern European on the other, but I honestly don't feel a lot of connection to either of those cultures, other than the fact I grew up eating the food. It always makes me so awkward when Polish people try to connect with me because of my last name. I never know what to say.
