I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but I'm proud of CN. CN gets a lot of flack for being sexist with their shows, but I'm glad they didn't victim blame the artist and took immediate action. (I'm assuming it was caught on security camera, since it was dealt with so quickly)

What happened exactly? Details, please. How did CN handle it? Did they cancel Clarence or sonething?

I think they're referring to what happened on ThatGuyWithGlasses website with the dude Spoony but I don't actually know what happened then either.

From what i've gathered, Spoony had a breakdown and started tweeting a lot of really terrible comments towards one of the female vloggers on the site (along the lines of 'you should be raped'.) Then I think he was fired.

He's doing much better now. He's finally taking medication for his Bipolar and has a new girlfriend/working/etc.

Spoony has bipolar II and he sort of had a mental break down, said a rape joke to one of his coworkers, etc. I don't think it's similar, because what he did was sexual harassment to JO, not sexual assault.

No, that wasn't what I was worried about. I was worried that the response CN gave would be to just cancel the show and keep the douchebag on as an employee. I was pleasantly surprised about how they handled it.

calm down, anon. the OP was only saying they were glad CN handled it well instead of just ignoring the situation and keeping the guy on (as happens far too often.)

their comment was pretty clear.
