I haaated her. I would always leave the room when she was on. I guess, in my little-kid mind, someone with the name "Lady Elaine Fairchild" would be pretty and have a pleasant voice, and not be creepy, but I was wrong. :(

It was the Neighborhood of Make Believe, you can imagine anyone there was up to anything.

(All I really remember about this show was him changing his sweater and shoes and saying, "Hello, Neighbor" and puppets - then I get it mixed with Thomas the Train Engine or some train show followed by Where In the World is Carmen Sandiego? I guess Mr. Roger's never really impressed me.)
