I can't join the military, because of various reasons: The pain I could deal with, the fact that I am officially too old means I will not get to join it.

I was when I was 18 and got the letter to the pre-service medical examination, I could have showed up and been drafted instead of ignoring it, I could in theory still join when I am 27 (as 28 is the cutoff age), but as 10.000ish people are drafted each year they will not pick me then, they have younger, healthier and better qualified people they would rather use.

Nice to meet you and not at all! I think military can be a good start in life, though I wouldn't personally wish to join, because I hate pain.) Ehh, the plder we become the less opportunities we have. I'm thinking about enrolling in college to get a physiotherapy degree, but I don't want to waste a degree that I already have.
