I'm sad that they're focusing so hard on how ~beautiful and ~graceful she is, as opposed to...being a believable 14 year old. I'm not one for the whole old >>>> new thing, but that is one area where the old excelled so vastly over the new one so far. Usagi was loud and obnoxious and flail-y before, and now she's just...permanently stuck on the ":o" face. It's sad.

Agreed. Usagi should particularly not be so beautiful and graceful in the very first episode, she's supposed to grow as the series progresses and have moments where she matures.

It's also weird hearing her voice actress be super expressive and then Usagi's face is barely showing any emotion, or no emotion.

Beautiful and graceful? Is there another episode running around that I didn't see? She was whiny and annoying. I never liked Usagi and I'm still not liking Usagi so I guess they got that right?

Anyway, bring on Mars!
