I'd reccomend going to the doctor anyway, asap. It could be stress, stress does some REALLY weird things to me, but I wouldn't count on it. It could be serious. Also, there is NO WAY someone can diagnose you over the internet, no matter how descriptive you are.

I have had a similar thing... sorta. Basicly, I got symptoms that made my doctor suspect I had a stroke, but these symptoms would go away when I played games. A lot of tests showed that it's unlikely that I did have one, but she wanted me to keep an eye on my symptoms, be ready to come in any day, and make a cup of tea once an hour as a sort of de-stress ritual. It helped.
