I bet you have a sinus infection.

I had my first sinus infection this spring semester and mainly it felt like horrific tooth pain. Like I wanted to pull all my teeth out they hurt so bad.

I had sinus problems for 20-some years of my life and I'm going to agree with this. If it's a top tooth that's hurting and it's not sensitive to things like temperature, chances are it's a sinus issue.
