I agree with you, and I think it's important that you point this out. So many people forget that becoming a manager in a fast food restaurant is 90% being reliable, and actual leadership abilities have very little to do with it. The manager handled it badly, obviously, but bad bosses are life, and learning to deal with it is more important than getting sympathy from us.
