Two, in my junior and senior years. I think that's pretty typical, isn't it? I wore retro-style stuff both times: a '30s red velvet gown that looks like the one in the secret, and a '50s/rockabilly style party dress that's red with a black dotted mesh overlay.

I get the feeling, but it's really the same thing as feeling sad about not being able to live in the Shire, or go to Hogwarts, or hang out with Sherlock Holmes, isn't it? It just seems a little less... absurd because the world is not so flagrantly fantastic, but it's still wish fulfillment.

Just commenting on how thrilled I am to see a secret for Miss Fisher here. I adore that show <3
