(Anonymous) 2014-07-12 06:18 am (UTC)(link)Back to my writing for the day. Why does it always get so slow towards the end of a story? I start off writing more than 10x as fast at the start as at the end, and that is literal. I've been measuring my daily word count in an attempt to figure this out.
Started this current story at up to 9,000 words per day, averaging 3-6000 words per day for the first few weeks. Now at the end of the story, 450 words per day and glad to get them yesterday.
