Sorry, I've always hated Tom Cruise long before he was outed/outed himself as a crazy nutbar.

Since I do not know him personally, I guess his PR team is to blame for crafting him a very nasty public persona: the price of fame badly handled.

Some actors are constantly derided with a lot less cause and are never later revealed to the public eye as mad as hatters; and each and every time they are mentioned here, half the responses will dump undeserved contempt with no hesitation and not half as much cause.

Tom Cruise is a blot on the Hollywood landscape and a aging parasite preventing other younger, better, more deserving actors to get their chance in big budget movies. I wish he would go away and never come back so we would get a chance to enjoy more movies without his creepy presence.

PS: don't tell me he is kind to animal and brings his aged grandmother apples every month: I don't care about his personal life which is just that, personal: I am referring to his public persona, which we see far too much of in the entertainment media.

Yeah, since he got his teeth fixed I've found his face deeply creepy. He's had more work done since then which has just made it worse. And then there's all his actually creepy actions...and I don't want to see a movie he's headlining.

I thought he came off as a little creepy before the Scientology stuff came out. It's in that strange, thousand-yard stare with nothing behind the eyes look he has. I don't really feel like there's much genuine emotion behind anything he does and that's just plain weird.

Not to mention his successive wives getting progressively younger and younger all the time: that is mighty creepy too.
