4x19! there are a couple other great McDanno moments in season four too though, namely the other two times they mention the l word. (Can't remember the exact episodes of those, though.)

But the world is about 4 billion people over its carrying capacity. We need a lot of people to kill themselves real quick like. I'm not saying that genocide is the way to go, but if three quarters of states-americans, seven eights of the chinese, all the israelis and maybe three palestinians for balance, all the irish living south of newry and west of londonderry, 50/50 of everyone in the middle east, 9out of ten indians for the subcontinental area including bangla and pak, bhutan is fine and everyone there should carry on, 6th tenths of south america, all killed themselves, then we'd be sitting pretty. Not advocating that, just putting it out there. and we just nuke the shit out of africa, but that is just for lulz.
