I wouldn't be surprised if that secret and its discussion inspired this, but given that it's phrased as a personal secret and the fact that it clearly is an unpopular opinion someone might not want to publicly acknowledge, it's clear to see why it was posted as opposed to being marked TITC in the fail bar.
