Calling it rape is 100% for the shock factor associated with the word, not for any real association.

It's rape if they actually interfere with your thoughts, without permission (change them, block them, booby trap them). Otherwise it's just voyeurism, and although you're using the word just for its shock value I'm sure, I find it really disturbing.
