you always make me think of winter and snow for some reason, and this scottish ale that's been matured over canadian wood and spiced with maple syrup conveys this impression very well!

Ooh, that does sound good, I'm feeling the spice/maple thing. Although I'm a little amused at the snow association as the last time it snowed where I live was 2 days after I was born: 25 years ago. Thanks for sharing that, this thread is hilarious! :)
