I don't know what sort of diversity in powers you're looking for.

Hulk - super strength and endurance, iffy control
Captain America - super strength and endurance, good with a shield
Thor - super strength and endurance, good with a magic hammer
Iron Man (in the suit) - super strength and endurance, can fly and has weapons
Black Widow - can kick ass, good undercover
Hawkeye - excellent shot, good eyes

But actually, I think they do have diversity in other ways:
Hulk - intimidating as hell
Captain America - inspiring as hell
Thor - alien as hell (with the tech and knowledge that goes with that)
Iron Man - smart and rich as hell
Black Widow - sneaky as hell
Hawkeye - snarky as hell
in which case, Falcon could be supportive as hell.
