Sorry that happened to you, OP, and that it's causing you anxiety issues even now.

IMO after eight years, it's probably safe to say crazy BNF is a coward who never intended to follow through with anything anyway. This is not to invalidate your reaction or anxiety in any way, since you're the one who received the death threats. I hope you'll be able to get past this and not let some psycho from your past dictate your everyday life.
