I totally agree, OP. I cannot believe they can't think of saying 'nice' or 'thanks' or 'interesting'. Right?
Sure, no one is obligated to leave a review, but when people claim they would like to leave something but can't think of anything to say? Either plain out lying, because actually they can't be fucked trying, or they have some kind of mental impairment or something. Why can't they just tell the truth and say they don't give a shit about leaving a review? I'd accept that.

I just don't understand how someone's ego can be so fragile that they'll get upset if people aren't wasting energy writing bland, meaningless platitudes. It's akin to saying, "gee, the weather sure is nice today! It's so sunny and warm!" It's vapid. It's talking (or writing) without saying anything.

And that's what you want. You want empty comments, just so you can...have them.
